This was a class demo for Texture Mapping for Games.  Using an existing base mesh I had, I sculpted out the details in Z-Brush.  Maps were baked out using xnormal, then combined with detail maps in Photoshop.  This is a screen cap from 3DS Max.

Here we have an old reel from 2006.  It is long.  I never sent it out as is.  Now it's a nice showcase of some of my older work.
